Pre-cruise: the calmer half of the trip

Boarding day is far more forgiving, and you have two good options: a morning pickup from home or YVR straight to the pier, or the night-before hotel plan — fly in a day early, sleep downtown, and make the pier in minutes. If you’re landing at YVR the same day your ship sails, say so when booking; we build in a buffer that a rideshare guess won’t.

Luggage, mobility and the pier itself

Canada Place is a working convention centre as well as a cruise terminal, and the pickup area gets crowded fast in peak season. Your chauffeur stages the vehicle, meets you with a name sign, and handles the bags from the terminal doors — which matters more than it sounds when you’re steering two weeks of luggage through a crowd.
