Time Limousine Policies & Terms

By placing a reservation with Time Limousine, you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms, and conditions. You further authorize Time Limousine to charge your credit card in full or in part for amounts related to your reservation, including, but not limited to, charging the full amount for the reservation in the event that you are considered a no-show. Service is deemed rendered once the cancellation period has passed, regardless of whether you enter the vehicle.

All bookings must be secured with a valid credit card on file. By providing your credit card information, you authorize Time Limousine to charge it for the total amount due, as well as any additional fees or charges incurred, including but not limited to late fees, cleaning fees, or damage charges. Cancellations or changes to the reservation are subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking. If you do not cancel within the required timeframe, you will be charged accordingly.

Credit Card/Voucher Presentation to Chauffeur

All clients are required to sign and present the emailed or faxed booking confirmation to their driver at pick-up with the actual physical credit card provided at time of booking; unless a Signed 3rd Party Authorization with required documents has been placed on file with prior to pick-up or a Corporate Account has been activated and all required documents received.

Rates & Billing:

All Rates are subject to audit after order completion to include actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops & time allotted, etc. Hourly jobs are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for then in .15 min increments thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for. Time Limousine rates are billed including applicable fees, taxes and a 10-15% Gratuity.

Gratuity: If you feel would like to provide an additional gratuity it is at your sole discretion. If you choose to provide an additional cash gratuity; it is at your sole discretion, and is only in addition to the 10-15% you have already paid for. You will not receive a full or partial refund for the 10-15% Gratuity by providing a cash tip to the Chauffeur.

All bookings are subject to a 5% fuel surcharge included in the price when taxes and tip are added.

Additional Charges

Additional Charges that may be added on the bill include:

Charges for an upgrade to the limo requested by the customer
Charges for lateness or tardiness by the customer
Charges for damage to the vehicle by customer
Charges for additional stops requested by the customer

Damage/Security Deposit

Funds will be pre-authorized on the credit card, two days prior to all scheduled bookings.

Surcharges

All out of pocket charges, including but not limited to; road tolls, parking, airport fees and carts will be billed to the client.

Payment Methods

Time Limousine accepts Visa, MasterCard & American Express. All orders are charged in Canadian Dollars(CAD). All charges including gratuities are billed to your credit card/account unless alternate arrangements are made with the office and noted on the booking. Credit Cards are charged prior to the trip. The same Credit Card provided at booking must be present with cardholder at pick-up unless a Signed 3rd Party Authorization with required documents has been placed on file and approved by Time Limousine prior to pick-up or a Corporate Account has been activated and all required documents received.

Rate Changes

Time Limousine reserves the right to change rates at any time without any notice. Any bookings that have already been confirmed will remain at the price quoted when booked.

6- Opt-Out Method:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

Wait Times

Time Limousine provides 10 minutes of free waiting time for point to point transfers. If you do not meet your Chauffeur or call us within this time frame we will consider you a “no-show”(see below) and you will be charged in full for the reservation. Wait time is charged at the hourly rate for your vehicle plus taxes and tip in 15 minute increments.

Airport Arrival Transfer Wait Time

Time Limousine provides up to 30 minutes of free wait time for domestic arrivals and up to 1 hour of free wait time on International Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance on each Airport Arrival Transfer so you can deplane and obtain your luggage. If you do not meet your Chauffeur or call us within this time frame after your plane lands we will consider you a “no-show” and you will be charged in full for the reservation. Wait time beyond the 30 mins/1 hour will be charged at the hourly rate for your vehicle plus taxes and tip in 15 minute increments.

Update of Airport Transfer Flight Arrival Times

Time Limousine updates all flight arrival times when a correct flight number is provided but the update is only as reliable as the information we are provided by the airline or airport. Clients are also expected to contact us if possible to advise of flight delays.

Bar and Nightclub Transfers

All transfers from the nightclub after 12am(midnight) must have booked a round trip. Eg both to and from the bar. If the transfer is to the bar we can do one way transfers. If you wish to book just one way from the bar a two hour minimum booking is required. No belongings may be left in the limo between the drop off at the club and the pick up from the club while the limo is not booked.

Point to Point Transfers

Time Limousine provides up to a 10 minute grace period at pick-up before wait time charges apply at the hourly rate of the vehicle plus taxes and tip billed in .15 min increments. Point to point transfers include all airport transfers, cruise ship transfers, dinner transfers, club transfers, Point A to Point B transfers and all non hourly reservations. If client is making additional stops on the way to their destination then per stop charges ( with up to .15 min per stop) will apply at $10 for a sedan, $15 for a 4-6 passenger stretch Lincoln, $20 for 6-8 passenger stretch Lincoln, $25 for 8-10 passenger stretch Lincoln, $20 for a regular or diplomat SUV, $35 for 12-14 passenger stretch SUV, $50 for limo bus, $20 for Chevy van and $25 for Mercedes Van. No belongings may be left in the limo while the limo is not booked.

Hourly Reservations and Posted Minimums:

The posted hourly minimum is the minimum number of hours required for hourly reservations and client will be advised at the time the reservation is made what hourly minimum applies. Hourly orders are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for then in .15 min increments thereafter. Reductions in the amount of time ordered are not permitted once an order is confirmed. An order is considered confirmed once a deposit has been made.

Wedding, Grad and Special Event Deposit Policy:

A deposit of 35%-50% of the total price and a signed contract are required to hold the vehicle. Deposits are non-refundable, since many of our vehicles are booked a year in advance. Occasionally, we do apply a partial credit from the deposit to a future event, depending on circumstances and how soon we receive the cancellation.

No-Show Policy

For airport reservations you will be considered a no-show at 30 minutes (45 minutes for Intl. Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) past your scheduled pick-up time. For all other bookings we provide a 15 minute waiting period and after 30 minutes you will be considered a no- show. If you have not met your Chauffeur or contacted us by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation. To avoid being charged as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting Time Limousine by phone.

No-Show Policy

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted by email or fax only. If you fail to cancel before the time frames detailed below you will be charged in full for the order.

  • Domestic Airport Transfers: Time Limousine requires that cancellations be received no less than 12 hours prior to pick up time if called in to the office in addition to emailing or faxing the cancellations. Round trip Orders must be canceled as 2 separate orders.
  • International Airport Transfers (Outside Canada): Time Limousine requires that cancellations be received no less than 72 hours prior to pick up time. Round trip orders must be canceled as 2 separate orders. If you fail to cancel by the prescribed time frames prior to your p/up time you will be charged in full for the order.
  • Hourly Charters, Point to Point transfers, Specials & Tours: Time Limousine requires that cancellations be received no less than 72 hours prior to pick up time. Limo bus deposits will be non-refundable. Full balance will be charged if cancellations are received past the cancellation window. Customer booked online & paid for the ride there will be no refund
  • Wedding & Grad Packages: Time Limousine requires that cancellations be received no less than one month prior to pick up time & deposit will be non refundable.
  • Special Events(eg New Years): Cancellations received a minimum of 14 days prior to the trip will not incur a cancellation charge. Cancellation received 7-13 days prior to the trip will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. All cancellations received fewer that 7 days prior to the trip will be charged in full.I agree to pay the entire contract price if the cancellation policy is not followed. Specialty vehicles including our stretch Rolls Royce Replica, stretch Mercedes Replica and Vintage cars have a 50% non-refundable deposit due when the booking is made.

Change Policy

Time Limousine requires that all changes be received by phone or email at least 2 hours prior to pick up time and are subject to availability. If a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation you will be charged in full for the order. Reductions in the amount of time or vehicle size ordered are NOT permitted once an order is confirmed. Tours, specials and package orders are NOT permitted to be changed to standard hourly reservations once confirmed.

Vehicle Request Policy

Time Limousine reserve the right to upgrade a vehicle request to accommodate a client’s reservation at no charge to the client if deemed necessary. Vehicle type & colour can be guaranteed with minimum 4 hr consecutive booking.

Vehicle Substitution Policy

If the vehicle you have booked is not available due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to mechanical failure, accident, weather problems, heavy traffic congestion or any other situation that prevents us from sending the vehicle we will substitute a vehicle of equal value. If no vehicles of equal value are available we will send another vehicle that meets your needs and refund any difference in the balance. All these steps will be done in consultation with the client.

Luggage:

All our vehicles have a certain capacity for luggage including all large items eg strollers, wheelchairs ect. Please verify with the office the amount of luggage that can be held in each limousine. No luggage can be carried in the passenger compartment as a safety precaution to protect our passengers. No luggage or personal belongings may be left in the limo when you do not have the limo booked.

Vehicle Images

Vehicles images displayed on the Time Limousine website may differ from the actual vehicle; all vehicles are late model and impeccably maintained.

Lost or Damaged Items

Time Limousine is not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle, lost or damaged. We reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found. Our Chauffeurs will assist with luggage at a client’s request, but assume no liability for doing so.

Uncontrollable Acts, Acts of God and/or Acts of Mother Nature

Time Limousine is not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature and/or circumstances that are beyond our control; including but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, etc.

Vehicle Damage/Cleaning

The Party paying for the Reservation is responsible for all damages and/or cleaning charges incurred by the renter and/or Party of the Renter, including but not limited to: Vomit/Sickness ($200 Cleaning Fee), Alcohol Spillage ($100, Cleaning Fee), Broken Glassware ($10,Per Glass), Burns ($500 Replacement/Repair), Smoking ( $100. per violation ) Upholstery Tears ($500-1000, Replacement/Repair) and/or Opening a Car Door into another Vehicle or Stationary Object ($1500-2000) etc. Any charges incurred will be charged to the credit card provided unless alternate arrangements are made by the client.

Alcohol and Illegal Substances

I understand there is no smoking or use of any illegal drugs inside a Time Limousine vehicle. If any illegal drugs are used or found in the limousine the contract will terminate immediately and no refund will be issued. There is no alcohol allowed in the limo’s as per provincial law. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that there is no alcohol consumed in the vehicle and any fines or charges that might occur because of violations of this rule will be charged to the client.

Termination of any reservation by Time Limousine

Time Limousine reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund if the driver or dispatcher on duty feels that the client and/or party of the client is putting the driver, vehicle, client or the party of the client in danger of injury. We also reserve the right to terminate the service if the client or party of the client are in the possession of any illegal material and/or substance. This service will be canceled without refund. Time Limousine further reserves the right to refuse service in its sole discretion. This is without exception.
