I just have a couple of comments. Sorry, not the best experience with your drivers.
We found the drivers to be somewhat impersonal….I have taken limos before and have had fun interaction with them…we were celebrating a 50th, not a funeral.

Our first driver picked us up at my address #74 and the second driver just dropped us off on the street. When we were questioning each other why and were all off the bus…he literally stepped on the gas and sped away from us. Not very professional. We were a little shocked.

And most important, I didn’t see it myself, but a couple other guests noticed it and wanted me to bring it to your attention…our first driver was texting quite a bit while driving us to the Giggle Dam. Probably not the best move with 30 people in his care.

The booking and communication with the office was great though…thanks again!

Our experience with Time Limousine yesterday TO our son’s wedding in Langley was a good experience. We had a stretch SUV and it was clean and the driver was very good. The limo was 15 minutes late but we still managed to get to the wedding venue before the ceremony.

Our experience on the way home was a different experience. It wasn’t a stretch SUV, but a much bigger limo. That wasn’t the real problem though. The interior of the limo was a filthy mess. Covered in grass and dirt and it stunk. We brought it to the driver’s attention and he did apologize. We made sure that he knew it wasn’t us who made the mess (vomit) before we left. He understood. Some of our party members did not even want to get into the limo and have refused to contribute to the cost because of the condition of the interior. Therefore I am stuck with the cost of the limo both ways.

You asked for our feedback and I am wondering if you are going to offer any compensation. I would appreciate your reply as soon as possible

Time Limousine Services were amazing for our wedding this October in Langley. The booking process was easy and they responded quickly with a quote. The pricing was reasonable compared to their competitors and they included wedding decorations on the outside of the limo in our wedding colours. The vehicles were clean and nice looking and the driver was helpful and courteous. They confirmed details ahead of time and sent a text before and after the driver had arrived. They were patient with us when we were running behind. It was so nice to not have to worry about our transportation for our wedding photos and the shuttle service from the venue to the hotel was a great decision.

The experience met my expectations and was enjoyable. The only part I found odd was when I was picked up from the restaurant and asked for an imprint of my MasterCard when I had already paid in full for both trips. This caused a lack of trust.

Overall, the experience was good, the bus was clean and exactly what was expected, complimentary water was also a big help. Our driver was really good, polite and accomdating. The only issue was, on our way home the music wouldn’t work, we tried everything we could to get it started but nothing worked, and our driver was unsure of how to help. This was quite disappointing as the fun part about having a party bus is having your music on in order to create the atmosphere everyone enjoys. Considering how much money we are paying for a ride we would expect this to not be an issue and it definitely effected everyone’s experiance on the bus and with time limousine. This would be something to look into to improve service for future customers.

Everyone enjoyed the commute using your service and I did appreciate the surprise upgrade for the return trip. Both drivers were courteous and professional, they were on time and the travel time was as expected. The only thing I could suggest in feedback is Joe had complementary water for us already distributed in the vehicle while the return trip had the water up front I did not know the water was there until we arrived back to Abbotsford. No big deal I’m sure your regular customers are drinking other beverages on a Friday night.
We will definitely be using your services again in the future.

We had a wonderful time. The driver was punctual, responsive to our requests, and everyone said they would happily book again. The driver did initially try to drop us off at 10:30 pm, but when we reminded him we were paid up until 11:00 pm, he did continue on. We also didn’t realize that the poles are only put in upon request, which would have been nice to know in advance. Otherwise, all was good. Thanks for a great night!
