One Desk for the Whole Itinerary

Companies call us when there is more than one car to coordinate: guests flying in on different flights, a client to collect from the hotel, a team moving between sessions and a dinner across town. You send the schedule once; dispatch prices it, assigns the vehicles and runs it on the day.

Changes go through our office, never arranged with the chauffeur directly: by email up to 24 hours before pickup, by phone up to 4 hours before, subject to availability.

Short hops around downtown are a flat one-way fare; meetings, roadshows and groups are booked by the hour. Every rate below is the full price — it includes a suggested 15% chauffeur gratuity, fuel and GST.

One request can cover several vehicles, several days and groups of any size. For large programmes we help plan the vehicles and the timings.

Every movement is priced at the rates on this page, gratuity, fuel and GST included. Pay by card or EFT; weekly invoicing is available on request for recurring accounts.

Changes on the day

Dispatch runs 24/7 and sends quick updates on any reservation. Flights are tracked, so airport pickups move with the landing time. Other changes go to our office: by email up to 24 hours ahead, by phone up to 4 hours ahead, subject to availability.

When you send a car for an employee or a client, you are responsible for who drives them. Time Limousine has run chauffeured transportation in Metro Vancouver since 1992, is licensed by the BC Passenger Transportation Board (PTB #70108) and holds US DOT number 2927792.

Every change goes through our office rather than being arranged with the chauffeur, so the person who booked always knows what is running. If a reserved vehicle becomes unavailable, we provide one of comparable or higher class at no extra cost.

Chauffeurs are screened with criminal record checks and driver’s abstracts and trained in-house, every vehicle is inspected before every trip, and a certificate of insurance is available on request. Dispatch runs 24/7.

Every quote includes a suggested 15% chauffeur gratuity, fuel and GST, so an expense claim carries one number. We do not have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; if a guest needs one, plan for it when you book.

How much does corporate transportation cost in Vancouver?
An Executive Sedan is $299.00 for 2 hours and an Executive SUV $325.00. A Sprinter Van for 14 is $806.00 for 4 hours and the Shuttle Bus for 28 is $910.00. A one-way trip within downtown, such as a hotel to the Vancouver Convention Centre, is $156.00 in a sedan, $175.50 in an SUV and $275.60 in a 14-seat Sprinter Van. Each price includes a suggested 15% chauffeur gratuity, fuel and GST.
Can you move a conference group between hotels and the Vancouver Convention Centre?
Yes, for groups of any size. Sprinter vans seat 11 or 14 and the shuttle bus seats 28 with all their luggage, and we help coordinate large-scale programmes. Send us the hotels, the session times and the head count and we quote the whole programme as one total.
Do you work with DMCs and tour companies?

How long is the drive from YVR to the Vancouver Convention Centre?
About 13.7 km: roughly 32 minutes for an 8 am weekday departure and 37–40 minutes at 5 pm. Back to the airport from the West Building takes roughly 26 minutes at 8 am and 38–39 minutes at 5 pm. Times are approximate; traffic on the day varies.
Can you meet our guests at YVR?
Yes. International guests are met inside arrivals after customs and baggage, domestic guests near the luggage carousel. We track the flight and wait up to 1 hour for international and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals, measured from the actual arrival.
How do we pay? Can you invoice our company?
We take card or EFT. Weekly invoicing is available on request for recurring corporate accounts.
Can we change the schedule after booking?
Yes, through our office: by email up to 24 hours before pickup and by phone up to 4 hours before, subject to availability. If a change affects the price, we tell you before confirming it, then send the full updated confirmation.
What is your cancellation policy?
For sedans, SUVs and Sprinter vans, transfers cancelled 24 hours ahead and hourly bookings cancelled 72 hours ahead are refunded in full, deposit included. For the shuttle bus the deposit is non-refundable, and any balance paid is refunded if you cancel 14 days ahead. Flights cancelled for weather or mechanical reasons are refunded in full or held as credit.
Can we book one chauffeur for a whole day of meetings?
Yes — that is an hourly booking. The vehicle and chauffeur stay with you between stops. Our hourly chauffeur service page explains how it works.
Can you take our team to Whistler for an offsite?
Yes. A Sprinter van or the shuttle bus takes the whole team up the Sea-to-Sky Highway; the drive is 1 h 45 to 2 h on a typical day and up to 3 h with heavy traffic or snow.
Is gratuity included in the price?
Yes. Every quote includes a suggested 15% chauffeur gratuity, fuel and GST, so there is nothing to add on the day.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We are licensed by the BC Passenger Transportation Board (PTB #70108) and hold US DOT number 2927792.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
No, we do not have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. If a guest needs one, plan for it when you book.
