We can drop off at any gate, depending on the venue and the event. At the theatres, it’s the Queen Elizabeth Theatre’s Hamilton Street driveway or the Orpheum’s Smithe Street entrance.

On a return trip the first 15 minutes of waiting are free. If an hourly booking runs long, it’s billed in 30-minute increments.

How the night works
How Our Concert Transportation Works
Nothing takes the shine off a concert like an hour in downtown traffic and a hunt for parking. Rogers Arena’s underground parkade isn’t open to the public during Canucks games, and the Orpheum has no parkade at all. Our concert limo service and sports limo service skip all of it: one vehicle from your door to the gate, and home again. Sporting event transportation works the same way, and our chauffeurs know how event nights at these venues go.

From two seats at the Orpheum to thirty fans heading to BC Place. An Executive Sedan is the concert car service for two or three; for a bigger crew, pick the sporting events limo that seats everyone. The vehicles have a Bluetooth connection and AUX, so your playlist rides along.

How Much Does a Vancouver Concert Limo Cost?
Most groups book a return trip: we drop you at the gate and pick you up at a set time after the show. These are the all-in prices for the round trip from six pickup points. Every price below includes a suggested 15% chauffeur gratuity, fuel and GST.

Venues we serve
Limo to Rogers Arena, BC Place and the Downtown Theatres
What each venue publishes about parking, doors and drop-off. We can drop off at any gate, depending on the venue and the event, and our chauffeurs know how event nights at these venues go. We also provide limousine service for events at Abbotsford Centre and the Langley Events Centre.
Canucks and Warriors games and the city’s biggest indoor concerts. The arena’s underground parkade is not open to the public during Canucks games, and at other events it opens to ticketholders no earlier than 15 minutes before doors.
BC Lions, Whitecaps and stadium tours. Book a BC Place limo and we can drop off at any gate, depending on the event. General entrances open 60 minutes before the start, and the lots closest to the stadium charge event parking rates.
Drop-off driveways on Hamilton Street for the Queen Elizabeth Theatre and the Playhouse. The Orpheum has no parkade of its own. Lobbies open one hour before the show.
Concerts at the PNE and Vancouver Goldeneyes (PWHL) games. The PNE says onsite parking is limited and not guaranteed, and encourages ride-sharing, taxis or transit.
Drop-off points, as the venues publish them
- 1QET & Playhouse Drop-off driveway on Hamilton Street between West Georgia and Dunsmuir; the Playhouse driveway at 600 Hamilton is reached from Dunsmuir.
- 2Orpheum Smithe Street entrance. Drop-off is in a traffic lane, so you cross a bike lane to the sidewalk.
- 3BC Place 147 Accessible Entrance on Pacific Boulevard below Gate F, across from Plaza of Nations: the stadium’s accessible drop-off and pick-up.
- 4Rogers Arena Gate 16 on Pat Quinn Way: the arena’s drop-off and pick-up zone for guests with disabilities.

When to Leave for the Game or the Show
For transportation to concerts from the suburbs, the drive is the part to plan. Most games and shows start at 7:00 pm, and Rogers Arena, BC Place and the downtown theatres are all minutes apart. Leave Surrey Central by 5:45 pm and you are at the gate by 6:30 pm, about 44 minutes in typical traffic.

Approximate drive times in typical traffic, for a drop-off at Rogers Arena or BC Place by 6:30 pm, half an hour before a 7:00 pm start. Pickup points: Surrey Central Station, Metropolis at Metrotown, CF Richmond Centre, Coquitlam Centre, Willowbrook Shopping Centre and Lonsdale Quay. Traffic on the day varies: for playoff games and stadium shows, leave 15 minutes earlier.

Drop-Off, Return Trip or Hourly?
Most groups book our limo service for concerts and games one of three ways.
Return trip. A drop-off at the gate and a pickup, with the ride home booked for a set time. It suits shows with a fixed end time, and the first 15 minutes of waiting are free.
Drop-off only. A one-way trip to the venue, priced by distance: $156.00 from Metrotown to Rogers Arena in an Executive Sedan, all-in. You make your own way home.
Hourly. The vehicle stays with your booking from your door to the ride home. It suits games that can go to overtime, nights with more than one stop, and groups who want the vehicle as a base. Ask for an hourly quote in the form above; for groups of 10 to 14, see our sprinter van rental.
Book ahead. Book a month ahead to guarantee your vehicle. Last-minute requests are welcome, subject to availability.
